Specifications 'ZenFone 3' leaked Site Benchmark
Asus reportedly preparing a new mid-range smartphone, ZenFone 3. No half-hearted, the Taiwanese company is directly tested two models of the latest ZenFone series.

Interestingly, Asus quietly been doing ZenFone 3 benchmark for this. Information on both of them have already appeared in the official website GFX Bench benchmark application. Based on information from the site, there are two models is written as Z010DD and Z012D.

Indeed, the site does not explicitly state that both these models as ZenFone 3. However, the model number is very similar to ZenFone 2 which has a code Z008 and Z00AD.

Smartphone model Z012D likely to be present with a higher specification than Z010DD. The model was recorded using a 5.5-inch screen that supports a resolution of 1080p, 650 Snapdragon chipset from Qualcomm, and 3 GB RAM.

In addition, there is also a 12-megapixel camera on the back and a 5 megapixel camera on the front. Meanwhile, Z010DD seen using 5.9-inch widescreen display with support for 720p resolution, Snapdragon 615 chipset combined with 3 GB RAM.

Leave Intel?

Interestingly, if the above information is true, Asus seems to have started to leave the processor made by Intel in the device. Large companies in the PC industry was formerly known faithfully wears Intel Atom processor in the mobile-phone ZenFone. Even so, it could be ZenFone 3 Asus is developing with Intel processors. However, such devices have not been tested with popular benchmark applications.

Asus itself kicked off in early 2015 and then by releasing ZenFone 2. These products attract so much attention for being one of the first comes with 4 GB of RAM. Not yet known whether ZenFone 3 will have 4 GB of RAM variant or not.

ZenFone 3 itself is rumored to be released next May.
