Instagram leave Apple Watch

Instagram leave Apple Watch

In the application update, Instagram removes Apple Watch support. Is this the aftermath of Apple CEO Tim Cook vs. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's dispute?

The loss of Instagram from Apple Watch is confirmed in Instagram application version 39.9, the application Watch no longer has. This is apparently due to Apple's new limitations.

Ie starting from April 1 App Apple Watch Update should or should be done later through watchOS 2 SDK, while the clock App must be made at least use watchOS 4 SDK.

While Instagram uses WatchKit 1.0, manufactured when third-party applications can not run independently in the Apple Watch. As a result, the Instagram application does not get any new features like video support or can work with LTE connection.

The loss of Instagram support for Apple Watch follows the steps of a number of other companies such as Twitter, Google, Amazon and Slack. Most companies that bought the app on Apple Watch just needed a good notification feature.

They even perceive that removing the application can improve the experience of using the application.
